Create a site register
Use one record per location with address, contact, access window, scope variation and equipment list. Give every site a stable identifier.
Separate standard work from exceptions
Document the common runbook, then record the conditions that vary by location. Do not assume a successful first site proves every site is ready.
Plan dependencies
Map equipment deliveries, access approvals, remote support and other trades to each requested work window. Assign an owner to unresolved items.
Agree escalation
Name the project contact and the decisions they can approve. Define how field changes, delays and additional work will be raised before proceeding.
Standardize the closeout
Use consistent photograph requirements, labels, test evidence and acceptance fields. Agree how completed records will be delivered and reviewed.
Review before scaling
Use initial site findings to improve the runbook, material list and schedule. Confirm the revised scope before applying it to further locations.
