Provide the current scope, relevant floor plans, equipment locations and any marked-up changes. Identify assumptions that still need a site survey.
Materials and equipment
Confirm what is onsite, who supplies each item and whether deliveries need receiving or storage. List required tools or test equipment for review.
Work areas
Identify occupied areas, work restrictions, access to equipment rooms and the party responsible for providing suitable power and environmental conditions.
Remote coordination
Name the network or system owner who will support configuration, authorized access and acceptance checks. Share credentials only through the organization’s approved private method.
Completion criteria
Agree labeling, photographs, test records, cleanup and sign-off. Include permit and inspection milestones in the site plan.
